Vidar's Gourmet Recipes #6 : 
        Lentil omelette

        You need:
        Red lentils, a cupfull 
        Two eggs, from organic freerange sea turtles (chickens also good).
        Some chopped onions or bits of cheese

        How to do it:
        -Boil lentils for about ten minutes
        -Mix the eggs, lentils and optional onion/cheese together
        -Fry, and use enough oil or you won't be able to turn it over.
        -Flip when golden brown, and do the other side.

        Eat on optional bread with ketchup.
