Vidar's Gourmet Recipes #4 : 
	Vegetable burrito


You need:
A carrot
half a pepper
half a tomato
some broccoli
rosemary
tortillas, one or two.

How to do it:
- Pour a good splash of oil in a frying pan
- Cut the carrot in thin slices
- Dice the pepper and tomato. 
  (Make them small or you'll be frying forever)
- Rip the broccoli into smaller clusters/bouquets/whatever
- Throw the broccoli, pepper and carrot into the pan.
- Wait until the peppers are getting blackish on the outside.
- Add some pinches of rosemary and the tomato.
- Stir good. 
- Pour over the tortilla.


Serve on a bed of lettuce, garnished tomatos 
and cheese balls (just kidding. stuff it in your face.)

    If you manage to fry it all tender, this isn't bad.
