One cow gives around 274 kilos of meat!

How much meat does one cow give, you ask? The average amount of meat produced by a norwegian piece of bovine livestock slaughtered in the first half of 2005 was 274 kilos (847 tons of beef divided by 3092 cows, bulls/heffers and calves), or ~600 pounds.

This was amazingly hard to find out, as everything I searched up was veggie propaganda about the resources needed to produce it. Well, here it is.
